It’s been so valuable to have an objective and compassionate perspective on my problems and my journey, to help me get out of my own way and find the successes that I’ve always wanted. With Allie’s help I made slight course corrections every week that helped me make a full 180 degree turn, exactly where I wanted to go. I feel like a different person, but that person is more “me” than I’ve been in a long time. I feel more confident in my optimism, it’s not fragile, based on external events, but instead based on my own past accomplishments. I would highly recommend Health & Wellness coaching in general, and Allie in particular.
Allie is very personable, open-minded, and well-organized. She helped me create a strong plan to reach my goals and helped me stay disciplined to stay on track. She is detail-oriented without losing the big picture. She summarized the decisions and takeaways of each of our meetings in follow-up emails and when we next met we always picked up smoothly from where we had left off. She combines her professional training in nutrition and public health with a college background in literature in providing coaching in a very authentic, nuanced “voice.” She’s so easy to talk and relate to, easy to collaborate with, easy to put your trust in. My experience working with Allie has always been focused, productive, and enhancing.
Allie helped me define and organize my health goals in a way that really made sense. I can see much more clearly about my needs in terms of how I would like to be the healthiest person I can be — whether it’s mindful eating or how to move my body while having a sedentary job. She is a very active listener and has an “all-in” personality - I really enjoyed working with her!
I have so many great things to say about Allie, I’m not even sure where to start! I was referred to Allie though Northwest Surrogacy to help fine tune my daily wellness and heath habits. We have been working together for a couple of months, and she is amazing! There is no judgement in her voice as you discuss the goals you set though the week and she is a wealth of knowledge. Our weekly meetings are very straight forward and fun. Allie is a master at helping you set reasonable goals and brainstorming ideas to achieve them. She’s open to small updates through out the week to cheer you on (or not! I always seem to forget.) and she’s a fantastic cheerleader. As I said, I can’t say enough about how lovely Allie is. Allie is an excellent coach! She is non-judgmental, supportive and most importantly she is real. She has real-life experience (not to mention years of education and training) to back up her methods and she’s been understanding about my goals, needs and limitations. She cares in a genuine way and her services are worth more then she charges!
